These Terms & Conditions govern purchases of the digital publication The Teammate You Train™ and use of TheTeammateYouTrain.com. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Product
The Teammate You Train™ is a downloadable digital PDF playbook for business and educational use. No physical product is shipped. The product description, current price, supported payment methods, and delivery information are shown before an order is submitted.
3. Ordering and payment
An order is placed when the customer submits the checkout form using a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay. The customer must provide accurate information required to process the order. Payments are processed through the payment method or payment gateway displayed at checkout. Full payment-card details are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by the Seller.
4. Price and taxes
The launch price is currently USD 19.99 unless another price is displayed at checkout. The checkout shows the amount payable and any applicable tax treatment before payment is confirmed. If a price or tax treatment changes, the amount shown at checkout at the time of purchase applies.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the PDF is made available electronically and a download link is sent to the email address supplied during checkout. The current download limit is up to five downloads per purchase. The customer is responsible for entering a working email address and saving the file after download.
6. Immediate delivery and withdrawal
Where required by applicable consumer law, a consumer who asks for the digital content to be supplied immediately before the withdrawal period expires will be asked to give express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins. This does not affect statutory rights relating to non-delivery, defective digital content, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Digital-content conformity and support
If the file is not delivered, is corrupted, cannot reasonably be accessed, or materially differs from the description, contact hello@theteammateyoutrain.com. The Seller will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download, correction, price remedy, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
8. Licence
A purchase grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the PDF for their own business or professional learning. The customer may not resell, publicly upload, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce for distribution, or share the file with third parties without prior written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The publication, website copy, original frameworks, graphics, visual identity, CRAFT Method™, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by purchasing the PDF.
10. Educational purpose and AI
The publication is educational and informational. It is not legal, tax, financial, employment, cybersecurity, medical, or other regulated professional advice. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for their own business decisions, compliance, communications, and actions.
11. No guaranteed results
Examples, workflows, and scenarios illustrate possible ways to work. Results depend on the customer, business, tools, implementation, market, and circumstances. No particular financial, operational, or business outcome is guaranteed.
12. Complaints and customer support
Questions, delivery issues, complaints, or requests concerning an order can be sent to hello@theteammateyoutrain.com. Please include the order number and purchase email, but do not send full payment-card details or identity documents.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from how the customer applies educational material or AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
15. Changes
These terms may be updated when the product, checkout process, service providers, or legal requirements change. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that order, subject to mandatory law.
