2. Data we process
- Order data: name, email address, billing details, country, order number, product, price, payment status, and related transaction information.
- Support data: information you provide when you contact us, including your email address and message.
- Technical data: basic server, security, browser, device, IP-address, and access-log information generated when the website or order system is used.
- Payment data: payment providers process payment credentials. The Seller does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To process orders, deliver the PDF, and provide customer support where necessary to perform the contract.
- To issue and retain accounting and tax records where processing is required by law.
- To protect the website, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain service security where there is a legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
- To respond to pre-sale enquiries and other messages based on the request you send us.
- Marketing email will only be sent where there is an appropriate legal basis and any consent required by law has been obtained.
4. Service providers and recipients
Personal data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website and fulfil orders. These may include Netlify for website hosting, Porkbun for domain and email services, SimpleShop / Redbit for order management, invoicing, email delivery, and digital-product delivery, and the payment gateway enabled at checkout (for example GoPay, if activated) for payment processing and fraud prevention. Providers process data according to their roles and applicable terms.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Slovakia or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are subject to appropriate legal safeguards provided by the relevant service provider.
