Refund & Digital Content Policy
This policy applies to purchases of the downloadable PDF The Teammate You Train™.
1. Immediate digital delivery
The product is digital content supplied without a physical medium. Where applicable law requires it, checkout will request the customer's express consent to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.
2. Change-of-mind requests
After immediate digital delivery has begun with the legally required consent and acknowledgement, a change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be available. This rule does not remove any mandatory statutory rights.
3. When to contact us
Please contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- successful payment was completed but download access was not provided;
- the delivered file is corrupted or cannot reasonably be opened;
- the digital content materially differs from the product description; or
- you believe a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
4. Remedies for delivery or conformity problems
Depending on the issue and applicable law, the first remedy may be a replacement link, corrected file, or restored access. Where the problem cannot be resolved within the legally required framework, another statutory remedy such as a price reduction, termination, or refund may apply.
5. Requesting help
Email hello@theteammateyoutrain.com and include the purchase email, order number, date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or identity documents by email.
6. Refund processing
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be returned through the original payment channel, subject to the payment provider's processing time and mandatory law.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content, non-delivery, duplicate charges, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
